Well, that's the first solution other than armed insurrection that looks like a plausible way to save our country.

I get that, I really do. A Constitutional Convention is preferable to an actual shooting war. I'm just saying that what comes out of it could, in fact, be worse.

Agreed. I remember saying that when everyone was cheering on the so called arab spring. Most of the time a system overthrown is replaced with a worse one.
