i dont know about that, yeah theyll definitely have "active shooters" and the like, going on. but i dont reckon they'll want the power going out while they show their little piece of theater. if it wasnt on tv then it didnt happen, you know what i mean?
theres gotta be a substation nearby, someone could shut off the whole thing, without any risk to themselves.
