I disagree. It's an awesome and unique photo of the man and the text is not covering the photo. That expression on his face is quite rare. There have been many posts in /s/pics that have just as much text if not more.

Really? I'm not seeing any exact guidelines for that sub. You self appointing yourself rule-maker or admin? If there were guidelines on the sidebar that said no text, I wouldn't have posted it. If there were guidelines that said no text on the picture, the post would be fine. As it stands, that was an awesome and unique photo of the man along with some text to it's side. I don't see it violating anything.
