If the militias wanted the capitol building, they would raid it at a better time. Communications and security cams would be down and the electricity. It wouldn't be just pushing in. They would blow the doors. The costumes and bullshit was dumb.

What’s the point of mocking them?

The Patriot protesters saw this being done and praised by the other side all summer as the way to air your grievances and make your voice heard. They have grievances and felt their voice wasn’t being heard so they did the same thing.

This wasn’t a larp, it was a loud and clear message that the left and the right don’t have the same basic human rights in America.
