The program isn't "The Program" the program is you knowing about "The Progran". It works like this; There is some plan about tracking goyim and controlling speech. But this plan has absolutely insane hurdles that can't be managed due to the levels of goyim necessary to undertake it. The solution: make it seem like the program exists. The goyim will learn about it from some totally trustworthy leak (it's called a limited hangout, Snowden is one) and the goyim will police themselves. The goyim will silence themselves. The goyim will censor themselves. Snowden was all about getting people to not trust encryption because the NSA could totally and easily crack your Serpent(Twofish(AES))+Sha512+64char alpha-numeric key. Fucking totally they could. The search space is infinitely larger than number of atoms in the universe but they totally could crack it because Snowden said so. Except they can't even come remotely close. This is known. The best they can do is force software with (((bugs))) that don't actually follow the encryption standard and thus leak keys etc. Second best is make the goyim not trust encryption so the goyim won't use it. All the while they are pushing (((bills))) through congress to make encryption illegal. What's the point if they can break it? All that does is push people to more secure, communication that can't be broken. One-time pad encryption with known language modified by unknown talking points.
