From the article "unregistered ammunition".

That should tell everyone all the need to know about DC and what they want for everyone.

Once they have a registration for the firearm, they are allowed to purchase or be in possession of ammunition, but only ammunition of the same gauge and caliber as their registered firearm. For example, a person with a valid registration for a 12 gauge shotgun cannot be in possession of or purchase nine-millimeter ammunition that goes to a pistol. The type of ammunition someone purchases must correspond to the firearm that is registered in DC to that person.

Definition of Illegal guns doesn't match charges. Who the Fuck registeres ammo? Sounds Communist to me.

So two charges in violation of the second amendment, one of them for "unregistered ammo" and the other for having a bottle, flammable liquid, and cloth in his possession.

and the other for having a bottle, flammable liquid, and cloth in his possession.

This. This is a common tactic.

Raid someones kitchen, and see what 'ingredients' they can find and then claim "explosives materials" were found.

I'm aware, but it's somewhat of amusing that in this case it was indirectly admitted just how pedestrian the materials found were. Usually they use the vague terms like "explosive or bomb materials" which if no more information is released or the reader doesn't do more research on the case sounds like it might actually be a credible threat, but in this case by mentioning that they were molotov materials it informs every reader of just how common place the materials they found were.

The fact that cops are trained to do that, and they go along with it, tells you they're more concerned with the process than serving actual justice. It is a job for them. Because we can't have justice, if all the people enforcing it care about is process.

Which makes them enemies of the public.
