Everyone in the Congressional Count is saying "Thank you, Mr. President" .. Are they addressing Pence? Or are they addressing someone else in Congress with the title "President"? Anyone else noticing this?

Ah you're right, that makes sense. Seemed weird that they don't address him as "Mr. Vice President" but a quick search shows he is also the President of the Senate as you've said.
