I'm sure the Secret Service will get right on it - the same Secret Service that was just seen to be rotating the staff "protecting" the President, as those who were already in place were feared to have been loyal to him.
Georgia makes it a crime to secretly record a phone call or in-person conversation "originat[ing] in any private place" unless one party to the conversation consents. See Ga. Code §§ 16-11-62(1), 16-11-66 (click through to Title 16, Chapter 11, Article 3, Part I) Therefore, the SOS can consent to the recording of Trump that was received in Georgia. The presence of non-parties to the conversation waives ANY attorney client privilege. Refer away, it's laughable.
