Didn't know, but strongly suspected. The photoshop of him in the firestation(!?) was obvious. Suspected he was 1. Alive in pissrael, 2. Alive on some other pedo island, 3. Actually killed off as a loose end.

I think he cut a deal to sing in return for plastic surgery and a return to his island where whats her face will eventually join him. Notice we hear nothing about her anymore. Still he is only going to tell what he wants to tell.
