I used to listen to Lionel -- you know, that funny little guy in the sweater with the high forehead due to a receding hairline, and owl glasses, who rambles on and on without ever completing a sentence, and who pauses for 30 seconds at a time searching for the right word, then uses the most common word available? Lionel isn't even his name -- his real name is Michael William Lebron.
Lionel was a staunch Trump supporter. But the minute the Democrats swung the election over to Biden with their election fraud, Lionel dropped Trump like a hot plate. He took down all his Trump posters and mugs and dolls. Then, when his viewers complained about his turncoat behavior, he put them back up ... for a while. But he started to criticize his listeners for being fools to continue to support Trump when "it's all over!" as he said. "Grow up, wake up to reality, Trump is done. You are delusional if you think otherwise." That's what he started to say, over and over and over.
Not surprisingly, his supporters, most of who are loyal to Trump, began to criticize him in the "comments" section of YouTube. So Lionel eliminated the "comments" section from his podcast. No way to convey our reaction to his change of loyalty, except by downvoting him. The other day he scolded his listeners for not upvoting him enough, and told them that they were responsible for him taking down the comment section -- "You did it to yourselves," he said.
His entire message for the past four or five weeks has been "It's over, move on, accept the current situation, don't protest, just roll over and take it." He's always been a weak voice for Trump, because all he really cares about is his YouTube money coming in, but lately he's become a cheering clown for Biden. He doesn't even mention the election fraud, or the fact that Trump won the election by a landslide -- he just calls anyone who continues to support Trump a fool.
I can only listen to him for five minutes now. That's as much as I can take before he sickens me and I have to turn him off. I still come back now and then out of habit -- it's hard to break a YouTube habit when you get hooked. But I had to post this only because I'm amazed and outraged that Lionel can be such a flaming hypocrite and turncoat, and still expect to have viewers. One by one Trump's supporters in the alternative media are turning away from him, or (as in Lionel's case) creeping up on him and stabbing him in the back. It's disgusting to watch. Thank God Bongino hasn't turned traitor, or Alex Jones. There are still a few voices left who don't think passively accepting the theft of a presidential election is a good idea for America.
