Well, if they toss Quid Pro Joe under the bus to get rid of him and they will; Harris has to appoint somebody. According to a discussion between Hannity and one of the AG's she can legally appoint Obama and he can legally serve as VP. I take that back, I think it was Mark Levin and not Hannity.

We agree Joe is gone at the earliest opportunity. I doubt they would want Obama back. Election fraud is now acceptable and they are in charge of who monitors it anyway, they couldn't give a shit if the next VP is popular or not.
They need young blood, an OCS, or equivalent.
