Ka-Mala should no the Federal Anti-Nepotism Statute back in 1967 made because of Bobby Kennedy brother of the President JFK.That federal officials are prohibited from appointing their immediate family members to certain governmental positions, including those in the Cabinet. Trump Kidd are not appointed to any position but adviser to the President. So it does not apply to the law.
