Given the voter fraud which occurred in much of the country, I seriously doubt that living people in Democrat controlled regions repeatedly elected these degenerate dysfunctional clowns of their own volition.

I'll have to defer to you on that, but I'm no longer sold on the idea that the Democrats haven't been employing election fraud to retain their hold on regions at various levels for decades.
