By the way: People are talking about invalidating the votes from the four Democrat Machine Cities that are forever "discovering" ballots once they know the statewide margin they have to overcome.

I have an alternate suggestion:

Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, and any other states with known corrupt cities, should immediately move to apportion electoral votes separately from the rest of the state.

Philadelphia seems to be made up of two congressional district, district 2 and 3. Good. Let district 2 and 3 vote alone. When Democrats win them: Here's your two fucking EVs. Congratulations.

The states can set that policy right now. A special session of the legislatures is all that is needed.
Republicans don't have the balls to do it so it isn't going to happen.
