I know she thinks she's going to have a prominent role but the House doesn't get involved in the election outcome unless the Electoral College is tied. When that happens it isn't the individual Representatives who vote, but the state delegations who do. The 55 members of California's delegation, for example, will argue among themselves to determine who to cast just one vote for.
