Yeah the voters will actually vote this time and I trust my mail lady but the rest of the country should do this in person so the military votes that will be trashed literally will be made up. The military should have their own ballot area and have supervised counting and not count on the post office to be trustworthy, even though most are it just takes people in sorting or a single delivery person in a densely populated route to toss 1000's of votes.
