I like to know what they're saying so I am not out of the normie loop. Relying only on alternative media sources just shifts who is manipulating what you hear and see.
Plus, I have 50K more points to get before the red pill badge so I post things that are likely to be read.

My take is that it's not worth knowing about. Tbh, I barely keep up with things anymore, and I am far happier now than when I was constantly paying attention to all the political goings on.
It's all bread and circus.
I don't watch TV news anymore. That's my way of reducing the noise a little.
