He is not supposed to admit that his campaign is really just a surrogate for Sanders/AOC. Neither Biden or anyone else had enough primary wins to prevent a contested convention. He was forced to form a coalition with the DNC far left and the terms of the coalition are in practical terms a complete surrender of the party to the Radical Left.
