This is very insightful. It hints that they have a culture all their own which does indeed use the language in fundamentally different ways than the general populace are taught. Given the ethnic diversity of BLM's membership and their allied groups, it confirms that "black" in BLM is in no way in reference to ethnicity, skin color, or "race", but an ideological alignment. Anyone who isn't a subscriber to that ideology is a "white", regardless of their ethnicity, "race", or skin color.
