I honestly don't know. I don't follow the news for such minutia, so I've no knowledge regarding their respective tax evasion cases. Usually the IRS drops charges when they get their money. Sharpton's apparently worth half a mill and Paul Manafort's worth twice that, so they're likely low ranking deep state, illuminati, or whatever they're calling themselves. Best guess, they went after Manafort because he openly supports Trump and wanted to keep their agents in line.
