I'm against that false dichotomy propagating. Repub v. Independent as the main attraction would be good for the voting base. Hell, I still encourage all the libs I know to write in Bernie if they are unhappy with Biden as the (((official selection.)))

That false dichotomy is fully ingrained in society. Kayne using it to his advantage would do more to bring it to an end than if he ran as an independent.
