You would have places like Belle Meade that would do just fine but places like Bordeaux that would crumble. They need to cut services that are offered or raise taxes. The stores downtown can barely cover rent these days so they would go under if they have a tax increase. This undercut the tax base and put them in a worse financial situation. Therefore they should cut services.
