Setting aside for a moment the efficacy of face masks as a prophylactic against this virus & Gov. Cuomo's hypocrisy, this should be completely unnecessary. A business should already have the right to refuse service to whomever they choose. The problem isn't one of wearing a face mask or not. The problem is governments; local, state, & federal dictating how business owners runs their shops.
