Exactly, that's the problem. I doubt anyone will turn to litigation if they're denied service because they don't want to ware a face mask, but clearly the control freaks see that the table has been set for just that so they feel the need to push further into the realm of dictating with whom, and under what circumstances, a business can interact.
I find the whole thought process frustrating. Unfortunately I doubt that those who think that will ever be swayed. Certainly not by something so trivial as logic or as selfish as the desire for freedom.
