I don't like any beaches, but that was the only nice thing I could think of.
I guess a lot of people go down there because it is cheap. I wouldn't, especially after the recent stories of people being killed by poisoned alcohol. Prior to that I had heard a lot of stories of people getting food poisoning.
Not worth it to save a few bucks.
I'm not much of a fan of all-inclusive beach resorts. I've been to many a beach in my lifetime, believe me, but I equate places like that with cruises. People trying to gorge themselves on the buffet to get their money's worth...
And in these shithole countries it isn't even safe to leave the resort. No thanks.
I had a coworker tell me he went to one and they weren't even icing things down on the buffet. How appetizing.
