That Menendez isn't in jail, much less still a senator is a testament to the stupidity of the NJ electorate. But the fact that he wields enough power to delay a senate confirmation vote is troubling. Ace's recent criticism of Mitch McConnell seems prescient...if he won't push this nomination through to a vote, then what good is he really doing?
