I think she'd have been better off sticking with Bernie and going down with that ship.
Biden is the 'establishment' candidate and her brand so far has been the opposite of that.
She is young enough that she really doesn't need anything from a Biden administration if not endorsing him created any hard feelings. She can bide her time in congress.
There is the slim possibility that she could be the VP as an outreach to Bernie supporters. Biden would be able to claim he is open to some of those more progressive ideas. Although if that was the case her brother coming out with this isn't helpful.
