So... I said something similar to friends of mine not long ago. With the way the Democrat party is lurching left there's really no home for her (and other moderates) anymore. The party is essential becoming the old Liberal party of the 80s and 90s. She could write her own ticket in Trumps 2nd administration if she worked with him to advance the issues she cares most about. Ending forever wars would be first among the issues she could focus on. Imagine how far she'd go as Trump's Sec State.
It would be refreshing for people who have different viewpoints to actually work together on issues they agree on. Tulsi seems sensible enough to get this.
She would be raked over the coals by the left for siding with Trump but she could counter that by stating she's doing it for love of country.
I agree. That is a problem now. Any collaboration with Trump would be poison to much of the Dem's base.

I'm not sure a lot of them even care about the country.
