For the most part they aren't pro iran but anti trump, they have zero moral compass
Now, the other side of the problem is the binary choice "either you're with us or with the terrorists!"
Too often public opinion gets cornered like that, with appeal to emotion mostly
And regarding gut feeling to sort the wheat from the chaff, problem is that we can't see any of the "actors", such as rouhani, iraqi pm and even trump, face to face
Even reported events, by mainstream and so called alternative source, it's just what's put on a screen, our screens, we aren't there to see

But even him, what does he know for sure, he's like us judging from a screen

I believe yeah believe, (because what do I know) we're sleep walked toward population reduction, for all the reasons in the world, good and bad
Some participate to it because they enjoy doing it, some participate to it for the money, some participate to it without knowing it, and some participate to it because they believe it's the right thing to do for mankind, for practical reasons, and some do it for outright world domination
And you have doomsday cults in the middle, second coming apocalypse and all that
So the binary choice we're are constantly given in that context... As in left right and all that... Well we get fucked at every turn that's for sure
When you always get to choose between evil and lesser evil, you always end up picking evil anyway
