This question starts with the premise we know the full story, which isn't the case
Can't really answer this question without knowing all the details
As I understand it, iran was testing US defenses over there since a while now, and something motivated trump to cut the architect's head. An event, something out of the ordinary obviously
QS was on the "coalition" side against isis, iranian forces fought alongside of us forces to defeat isis https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iran_and_ISIL (yeah, obviously "some people" were sponsoring those fucks... https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-11-25/meet-man-who-funds-isis-bilal-erdogan-son-turkeys-president )
...
But what do I know?
Who advise trump on this? What does he know, or think he knows, that we don't?

If the late Iranian General Qasem Suleimani is indeed the architect of the increasing array of operations he's accused of, then two things must be said. The man was as monstrous as he was brilliant, keeping US allies tied up for over a decade in a region of the world it never wanted to be in, and causing the deaths of thousands of Moslems in the middle east. It would explain why I saw so many Arabs celebrating his death in the streets courtesy of their own twitter feeds.
That's the kicker. Where is Trump getting his info from and can he trust it?
