Seems a pretty easy fix, stop all foreign aid. Or at the very least we should re-evaluate the money we are seemingly flushing down the toilet.

I say we do both; stop all foreign aid until a thorough review of each individual country receiving it is completed and presented to the public. Let Congress and the President make the case for each aid package they want to send.
