Could it possibly be related to PUTTING CRIMINALS IN JAIL. As well as DEPORTING MILLIONS OF CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS? Maybe.. Just maybe.........

Every blue area in the country stopped giving crime stats to the fed while Biden was in office... I can only assume that is at work still.
