I myself am what you could call kind of a Chauvinist. 1 Overturn conviction 2 Legendary, mostly peaceful chimpouts ensue 3 ??? 4 Profit

In a bombshell petition—alleging prosecutorial misconduct—more than 50 former and current officers have provided sworn declarations stating that the technique used by Derek Chauvin and the other Minneapolis police officers involved in the arrest of George Floyd was part of MPD training.

Don't see it here, yet. https://mncourts.gov/media/stateofminnesotavderekchauvin

Even if it wasn’t part of standard training, you cannot choke someone by applying pressure to the back of their neck. There is no access to the airway from the back. You would have to crush their neck to choke them like that.

Someone put a video online demonstrating this. He had his friend kneel on the back of his neck and he was able to speak the entire time.

With that, and the known fact that Floyd had swallowed enough fentanyl to kill and elephant, this never should have gone to trial.

I think Crowder did it on his show.

No question he was railroaded. Derek needs to be freed.

The subsequent chimpout will be legendary indeed. 🍿
