Yep - I have related stories from nearly all my national park visits. Back in 2017 I got to watch an old Chinese woman get waaaay too close to a bison in Yellowstone NP, and witnessed her do an almost double backflip 10 feet into the air after getting too close to its business end. She landed via a face/body-plant about 3 feet in front of that bull, and it could have easily ground and pounded her into mincemeat - but is chose to walk/lumber away. They called EMS for her. I laughed, and Mrs. Duck smacked me. I just told her Darwin was at work and shrugged. It almost made up for all of their rude behavior I've witnessed.
That was the day I learned bison do NOT like Chinese food.
In Wyoming/Yellowstone they are often referred to as "tourons".
It's not a fucking zoo people. They are not tame, they are wild animals. You see this everywhere. Some people are just really fucking stupid.
City people should probably just stay in the cities and go to the zoo.
