So, can I just sue them for a few million dollars already or what? They never get punished for this shit other than "ohhh, so sorry, we wont let it happen again". Three months later.. It happens again. What the fuck.

Start shutting these fucking places down. Make some laws that I carry all of my medical data with me and they only get to access it on a air-gapped system while I am in the facility. I am so fucking tired of this bullshit.

We need a proper zero-trust system for medical data where only the holder or authorized parties (Wife/Husband/etc) can allow access.

From the post:

>Nearly 190 million Americans were affected by February's cyberattack on UnitedHealth's Change Healthcare unit, almost double initial estimates, the company disclosed Friday. The breach, the largest in U.S. medical history, exposed sensitive data including Social Security numbers, medical records, and financial information.

This kind of data will eventually get leaked, but what makes this even more likely is the IT security field. I could go on at length at about it, but all you need to know is that it’s full of pajeets. The IT security departments, the ISO security auditors, and the security software companies are all full of pajeets.
