They’re using an obvious ploy here to make us feel like people who work from home are not working. Instead of saying “back to the office” they say “back to work”. I don’t know if they believe people who work from home are not working, or this is just another back to office mandate to frustrate people into quitting. Either way, they’re trying to their policy seem justified.
