All he did was tell his fans—many of whom are black—to show up for a fun prize give away. If they charge him with inciting a riot they are declaring by legal precedent that simply gathering a large number of black people together is organizing a riot. Black people will be considered inherently violent under New York law.

Oh wait, that would be the rational way to see it. They’ll call any gathering without paid security inciting a riot. Churches will be told they need private security or be charged with incitement.
