I remember when some police forces used to use bait cars. This would be such an easy sting and a perfect use of an otherwise worthless female police officer. Have her go into various banks and walk out with a stack of green paper. Drive off and see if she's being following. Have a few more officers ready to pounce when she stops at a store or a vacant house. I know cops have a lot of drag queen molestation hours to protect, but they could take a day off and try to help the community periodically.
