Anyone recall when us-east-1 of AWS went down oct '21for THREE DAYS and certain critical services were down for all AWS, not just that region? People weren't able to get into their "smart" homes for days. Most companies using AWS couldn't operate.
Recall the more recent FAA system outage where all (non-military) flights were grounded for over 24 hours because of an unknown problem?
No one is reviewing the code. Most of the dev teams are H1 hires who can barely speak english, let alone properly develop and produce technical documentation for their work.

True, but all these "accidents" are happening with 6 sigma deviations or more. This isn't a decay, it's a take down.
If you only look at the number of fires that have occurred recently, you can not explain them as coincidental because the frequency of them is way to frequent.
