They are all guilty of something horrific. There are only charges when they do something that the jews don't like. That's how it works.
Generally, it's refusal to pay up. This one seems a bit more harsh, though. If he'd had some beans to spill, I'd assume he'd have done so. Maybe he's tried. Perhaps worth looking into.
