Excellent point, and a good start for fallen away Catholics raised on Vat 2 church doctrine. IIRC, Vat 2 was to bring the Catholic and jew faiths closer together. The historic enemy of the jew is the Catholic, just as the Catholic is the historic enemy of the muslim.
