So it's ok to pull organs from prisoners in a high risk, dangerous environment where unsafe drugs (made on site), various diseases and STDs are rampant? I am sure even prisoners in Club Fed prisons pound each other in the ass.

Doesn't matter. They take organs from hiv+ donors now.
