wat? These kikes need to learn English. I thought lawyers were smart. The funds are relief for money that was spent that was pulled form elsewhere in the budget or other budgets. Now the puled-from sources can be made right again. I seriously wish jews had a higher than nigger-IQ so they could surprise me sometimes.
