Degenerate shit for degenerate people. That being said, it has to be lab made as it could never form resistance to an antibiotic unless it has been exposed to the antibiotic.

Third world healthcare is lab enough. Got a drip and an itch? Go down to the pharmacy and grab whatever you want without a script. On vacation? Buy extra, take some home for backups.

Next thing you know, you got drug resistant shit everywhere. However, with the medical services in such countries, it's vital to have the access to those drugs readily available. It's just different in a lot of the world.

You are correct though on both fronts.

Statistical probability of it naturally occurring is so small you can consider it impossible.

The hydroxychloroquine/ivermectin prescription issues show that the third world no script method is likely vastly superior to our first world several leaching middlemen system.

Anyone with some knowledge of how drug resistant shit gets made, knows it's from the hospitals and lack of hand washing by medical staff. There are whole classes of antibiotics that are IV only. No one is walking into a pharmacy and getting that. Add to it other classes of antibiotics with novel mechanisms of action which are not cheap and no generics yet exist.

The hospitals also are notorious for never trying to culture the bacteria they encounter but rather hitting them with increasingly aggressive broad spectrum antibiotics. Finally many of the multi drug resistant bacteria are actually very susceptible to proper immune function. However, there is a sudden and baffling rise in the amount of people with suppressed immune function.
