Baldwin is, at the very least, guilty of negligent manslaughter. He took a gun, which he knew to be a real firearm, failed to check if it was loaded, pointed it at another human and pulled the trigger. That he pulled the trigger inadvertently and before he pulled back the hammer and released it makes no difference. His negligent actions lead to the death of another human being.
He will likely get a very generous plea deal, probably no jail time and a "good behavior" bond.
