What religion was the security guard? Every hibab, burka, star of David, etc must be removed now or there will be a lawsuit of unequal application of the law.

If this happened to any other group except white Christians, they would join forces and march in tandem, united they make noise and demand reparations and justice.

But because we whites are so individualistic, we never accomplish what other groups do.

Threatening him with arrest is impersonating a police officer. "609.475 IMPERSONATING OFFICER. Whoever falsely impersonates a police or military officer or public official with intent to mislead another into believing that the impersonator is actually such officer or official is guilty of a misdemeanor." Mall security does not have the power to arrest. they are not sworn officers of the state. The most they can do is file a trespass complaint against him and if he refuses to leave they have to call the actual police to have him removed. The security department violated his first amendment rights. As representatives of the mall, the mall is liable as well as the security guard. A civil suit is not probably far off.

I took a job at a department store, dock security, mainly just read books sick of toxic work environments, but worked with the more active loss prevention folks. Sometimes there'd be tackling, and apprehending but certainly no arrests until police came
