Well yeah, basically at the aortic root, coming off the left ventricle. Every beat blood gushes from that rupture; your aorta is about as thick as your thumb, maybe a little larger- like a garden hose. Near instantaneous death. Blood fills the pericardial sac, tamponades the heart. Boom.
That's a dissection. Aneurysm just describes the buldge and theoretically it doesn't have to burst to fuck your shit up.
If an anuerysm doesn't pop you're marking time. When an aneurysm bursts life gets really sucky really fast. Dissection splits the intima and if it blows the vessel- wooh, not good. I've seen one guy survive an aaa
The spike protein from the jabs is known to attack the epithelial (surface) cells of blood vessels causing both acute ruptures and quite possibly aneurysms.
How "slowly growing" was the aneurysm? How would they determine it? He likely had his first jab as soon a possible, so write some time elapsed for the growth of the aneurysm.
Did they take samples of the tissue to look for jab spike? Although, if it's an aneurysm, the causal agent of the initial tear or weakness may be long gone.

How can they be so sure to rule out the vaccine if it was so unexpected?

How can she not want to know for sure what killed her 45 years old husband.

I really don't get it. If any of my close ones died of a heart attack now I will suspect the vaccines first.
The wife is most likely 100% in on it, a participant in the whole scamdemic, and in order to protect her fellow criminals she has published a false narrative about what caused her husband's death. Apparently she didn't tell him not to take the Jab.

Those people are ready to pay the highest price for their careers. It's really sad. You would think something so tragic happening to them they would stop doubling down, but no, the grift is too good.
And they are in too deep. Any thought of spilling the beans on the scamdemic would probably be met with "suicide" or some other form of death to shut them up. All their necks are in a noose if the truth gets out (and someone decides to prosecute). They will lie all the way to the gallows.
