It's meant to condition people to these things happening - power outages etc. - so when (((communism))) and the (((green new deal)) go into full swing more people are accepting of 2, 3, 4 days without electricity.

I hope whoever in the FBI conducts this investigation uses most of their resources to investigate the FBI and the CIA, including their local offices.
