Every election I vote against re-zoning for high rises and more housing etc. I want my property to keep up value in CA until I can escape. CA already has Gov. Nuisance's solution to allow CA residential properties to be subdivided and build more on the same residential land, turning nice neighborhoods into hoods and low-income projects. No way I'm voting to allow them to change height restrictions.

Wasn't looking as nothing much is changing, dems cheated up and down the ballots again. But that's great news even so.
