He would appear to be a former Castro nudist protester.

Things appear set to be bizarre for a while.

A lot has been written now about how the guy was wearing only underwear, and how the usual level of security at the Pelosi home would make it impossible for someone to get in. It's starting to look like Pelosi was having a spat his his paid playmate, and it got out of hand.
